 Sorry, title spelling was supposed to Dessert not Desert.

For a Low Key shot I would've liked this to be an Advanced Editing challenge so I could've cloned out the light reflecting off of the pomegranate and I mixed up the colors in Basic, doh! I also had mixed feeling about the background but don't think is spoils the shot. Wanted to try something other than just black, to mimic the classic still life paintings. But black would've probably been better for this challenge.

I checked out this photo on my LCD at work and it didn't look like it was intended when I edited it on my good CRT. So I do hope most people have their screen calibrated somewhere in between at least. It's a tricky one alright.

Edited my way I think this does fit Low Key better, but it maybe on the border for most. And I hated to have to resize it so small because it looks awesome in high res. One shot I would love to print on some canvas.

IMHO, its a wierd picture. The textures are really odd. Not that that is a bad thing. Wishing you would have just had one focus such as the nuts or whatever fruit that is. and a little less light.

Lovely arrangement, composition and lighting. Just not low key enough for the challenge in my opinion but I really like it!
