 The Chute at Mad River Glen in Vermont, shot from the historic single-chair lift. A steep trail full of moguls and cliffs, just the way I like it :-)

This P&S camera is actually the FX3, but the FX2 is the closest match in DPC's database. I've taken my DSLR there too, but the way I ski that's just not very smart, so now I just bring this P&S instead.

Although this technically isn't ice, it is a very beautiful image with the snow on the trees. The shadowing and the lighting are also very good!

That looks like some nasty conditions, hard pack with exposed rock! Skiers would like that garbage though... I cant understand what they get out of icy moguls; for me, its all about the steep and deep.
