 Well, I participated.

I think I should have entitled this - The Vampire Librarian Says READ! Or Else!

Was going to use the poster edge filter until I realized it was illegal. It gave the photo the look of a propaganda poster. oh well.

I've put the filtered version in my portfolio...

The image is ok, but I really wouldn't know what it meant at all without the explicit title. That's why I've marked you down... I'm looking for more message in the image itself.

Yikes, what are the odds of 2 similar images using light from the book? Both very well executed. I like the framing of your subject by the books, but I think there is too much negative space above her. 7 -danny

I like the concept here but the direct light on her face is too much, there are light spots on the right and left that are distracting...that being said a room full of books is one of the natural wonders and beauties of the world for this viewer

Love it. As the pic started to show on my screen I thought it was going to be too dark, then I saw the effect with the light on the face, and it works perfectly. Great shot, hopefully in line for a ribbon.

Good propaganda. Good idea and nice lighting. Picture a bit too busy. You should have followed the rule: "Less is more". But it is still an 8.

Was slightly too literal, the lighting, the books.... was wondering if there could be a better way of representing ur title.
