 Window light on my left and single incandescent lamp on right. Channel Mixer for desat. Enhanced eyes with curves, some burning around the iris and pupil and dodging the catch lights. Dodge and burn spots on face. Crop. Resize. Border. USM. Save for Web

Heh, dude, I know you!!!! Nice lighting and focus. My only nitpick is the button on your cuff - kind of pulls your eye down away from your face. Excellent tonal range.
