 I pictured this image right after the Red challenge was announced. Originally, I envisioned an old only-white building background, but those shots weren't as exciting as I would've hoped, so we drove around and happened to find this building down the street from an old barn we have photographed. The 'Open' sign & handprint were right there, so I got lucky! The hardest part was a very windy day but I do like the way it made her ribbons move ...

Also my favorite of the challenge. Congratulations on a new PB and a wonderful photo. What is funny is that the little hand print below the "open" sign really captured my interest. Was the red wall also on the right side of the door? If it could have been cropped a little less on that side the balloons would have had more room and a right side red frame would have closed it all in.

My highest rated image in the challenge. Love the elements and nice use of the frame. Sure, it seems a little staged but is a stunner none the less. I normally don't like back shots, but this one works I think mainly because of the hand print on the wall which gives it a great sense of context. Highly rated.

This is such a wonderful idea, but something feels slightly off. I think it may be that the red balloons are too much with the moodier reds of her dress and the wall. Maybe silver or gray balloons? You really get points for creativity, though. 7.

LOVE IT! The white handprint on the wall makes this for me. It offsets the red in the balloons on the white wall. Great set up!!

Oh my this is creepy but good!!!! It has a dark, sinister feel, especially with the handprint near the sign. Great job!
