 My son always takes comfort from touching our dogs, and our dog clearly takes comfort from his touch.
this was taken in my family room, with some deflected and filtered sunlight. I know this is soft and somewhat out of focus, but it is what it is. And it kind of lends itself to the mood.

I totally agree with you that the softness of the focus is perfect for the soft mood and the dappled light. Desat was a wise choice. The dog's pose is angelic and the petting hand is so incidental and natural. Was this candid? This is a lovely picture and a great idea for alternative medicine.

That is a cute puppy, however for me the focus seems a bit soft. I like the idea, just a bit soft for me. Also a touch more contrast would be nice.

I like the composisition of this but because it is so fuzzy I had to rate it lower. Sorry but a little sharper and you would have had a higher vote from me!
