The focus is sharp on the foreground cherries, and their stems, but I think their shape could have been brought out more if there was a light source on, say, the left side of you, though not perpendicular to your view. You could get a catch-light effect on each of the cherries then.

Edit: Sheesh, look like I got for writing comments before reading other ones..

Nicely done! Beautiful colors. I would have thought them to be cherries without your comment below.

This is beautiful! They really do look like ice-glazed cherries!! Their color is perfect. You've almost got a natural vignette going in the background. I like the composition here, but fyi dpc will knee-jerkedly give you a higher score if you crop the right so that the focussed cherries lie near a third line. Actually, this might be interesting with a square crop. I'm glad you braved the cold to get this! Hurry Spring!

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but those aren't cherrys. They're crabapples. I was going to take a bunch of shots that day but it was so cold and the wind was blowing so hard that after 4 shots I'd had enough.

Bob, this is an awesome shot! I gave you a good score, and think it should have finished much higher. I think the composition is really strong, and I love the dew drops on the cherries. Summer looks early in Michigan, LOL :-)

Wow! How pretty! Where did you find cherries in the middle of the winter? :) This is a great shot and a very nice take on RED. Processing is really nicely done too. Not much more I can say except good luck and good work! NVJC.
