This is the running light of a car in a parking lot. The adjacent car's wheel is reflected in the upper right corner. I was drawn to the circles within the circle of the light, and the reflections were just a lucky happenstance.

Shadows/Highlights: reduced the highlights slightly
Exposure: increased offset and gamma
Hue/Saturation: increased Master saturation slightly
Finishing: Neat Image, added border, resized, smart sharpened, saved for web.

I am no photo expert so my comments are based on how I feel about you picture, I hope they are usefull.

I cant see anything wrong with the picture it just does nothing for me. The lines in the picture are interesting enough, if not a little obscured by the dark colour of the car. Apart from the obvious focal point of the headlamp, the second largest part of the picture is the reflections, these - for me - if used could have an impact on the overall score.
