okay, how far is this one ? (hike I mean)
Are those ducks I see? They are coming toward you? Interesting for truly wild ducks.
I don't know the names of all the lakes like you do, so that is nice to find out.
Reflection of course very nice.
Since we are friends I will tell you, I cropped the foreground cutting out a lot of the rocks under the water that I didn't especially like and thought that was good. The only thing I didn't like about that was losing the rocks on the right. Just my thoughts.
The other thing I didn't like.......... is that I was not there shooting it too!!...:)
Hope we are still friends!

| Wonderful shot. I haven't been to Beirstadt since 1969. One of my favorite hikes. Its always so quiet up there and this still reminds me of hearing red crossbills flying over the trail between Cub lake & Beirstadt. Thanks for sharing. Van |

| I love Bierstadt Lake! Your image is so much better than any I have ever taken there. Which trail did you take in? Did you go from Dream Lake or did you hike up from below? |
