Great composition. I love the reflections in the water. I am headed over to the processed one now! |

This looks like it's out in the middle of nowhere. I really like it.

I love the starkness of this photo. Nothing unnecessary. And, what a great exposure. Perfect detail in the cabin - even in the shadows beneath. I really don't know what you can do to improve this. I'm going to go see what you did in pp. Wow. OK, I stand corrected - there was plenty. Nice rich tones and even more detail. Masterful. And, the border is a nice touch, too. |

This is fantastic - love the negative space and the detail on the building. I am jealous of your skills! |

Christian, this is SUPERB! You have real control of your camera - I'm not sure it needed any editing whatsoever. Talk about a well-metered shot. I'm impressed. |

Lovely out of the camera shot :) Just a question in general: Do you use a gradient filter when shooting something like this or would it have destroyed the lightness of the house?? |

OK, so here's the diff between you and me - I'd have stopped with what you got straight out of the camera, except for cropping or cloning the little bit at the very bottom. Really like this shot. The PP'd one is good, too. |
