 Taken mid-morning at a wind farm in rural Solano County. Shot at high ISO (3200) with no added grain or noise.

I enhanced the grain in the image by adjusting the lightness in the individual color channels, boosting the green channel and reducing the Cyan and Blue channels, then I desaturated the whole image by about 50%. I liked the muted colors better than a full B&W conversion ... I think it gives an old time, hand tinted kind of feel to this.

Also adjusted levels and contrast, ran USM, and additional sharpening after resizing (which also brought out the grain a bit more).

i was going to say that there is too much grain in this.
but, i think the colors that you've got actually work with it.
