IMO if you are going to do a shot that is mostly sky, the sky needs to have some cloud or colour to give it definition.Otherwise it just becomes a blank. sorry.

Very poignant - the scale and small area of grain vs. white space is nicely done here.

Even though more then half the image is completely white, I really like it. You get a really calm feeling when you look at it!

Perfect use of grain to enhance the awful weather, the remoteness of the scene.

Great photo. could have chopped off just a lil' more of the negative space at the top. I almost missed the photo until it was time to vote and realized i had to scroll down.
