 First I scrawled the words with makeup eyeliner. I added some glitter, some lipstick, some pearly beads.

I like to think of this as philosophical.... time is of the essence, but it is always and forever just running away, never to be captured again.

I haven't done much to it at all:

I first used the time machine effect
Used a vibrant foliage filter effect
Changed the colour balance to more warm and more green
Used the glamour filter effect
Re-sized
Saved

I like this shot a lot. very ingenious artistic approach to portray "time".
i think, it was those overexposed parts that killed your score. DPCers are not at all forgiving on that front. I never rely on my monitor and always check out the image by checking the "threshold" (generally to 245 or 250 depending on the image).
