I gave this a 7 during voting for this challenge, but have revisited it a couple of times since. In retrospect, I wish I had given it a 9 as it grows on me more every time I view it. Back now to add it to my favourites. |

Wow - expected this to be on the top 10 page :-(...
Ironically your relatively low placing makes me (in my lower placing)feel a bit better: this was SO underrated. Looking at your comments many others saw the mastery of this shot. 7 favourites!!!!! That says it all. |

I absolutely love the divide - almost works as a diptych image. The old man is oblivious of the young couple just on the other side of the fence...so many opposites: old, young, single, couple, up, down, garden, street, silence, conversation, order, tension... |

Fantastic view point! I like the fact that the subject on the left is placed at the top of the photo with empty space below and the two subjects on the right are exactly the opposite. |
