 Taken in Beaver, Utah USA. The tree is infront of the home I grew up in. I used a spot focus filter. I welcome any comments.

You've got me interested in the spot focus filter with this shot. It conveys the dry, mountain terrain and blue skies that pines like and the spot focus cone remains nicely contrasted and saturated. Nice.

Wow! I think this is beautiful. I love pine cones. We don't have many in Texas, so they always remind me of the mountains and those enormous pine trees that I love so much.

I like the light on some of the tips, and the soft ethereal blue sky in the background.
