I thought of this concept when my two friends came over. I stood on a ladder and took the picture from above, I actually had to clone out a tiny bit of the ladder's foot. For post editing I did one layer for the background and one for the people and adjusted them seperately, I ran neatimage over the ground because It was really rough and destracting...I actually wish I hadn't run it so strong though because it looks a bit unnatural but in the end I like it and I am tired so yeah...

I like the selective desaturation (and selective other processing as well) in this case, because it makes the people seem like they're floating. Very nice.

I assume there was a reason to use selective color -- i.e., to isolate the subjects so they stood out. However, as a result of that technique the ying and yang symbols appear almost photoshopped *into* the scen, with the subject in white having an almost hovering effect. I like the concept and general composition ... but would like to see it in full color (or at least without the residual post processing effects).
