Ooooh, I love these "in your face" compositions. I had to study it a minute to "get it", but once I saw the matchstick men, I thought it was incredibly clever and creative. Well done!

This is a really cute concept I just wish there was a way that the little men could pop out more, maybe be darker? so that they could be seen.
