Would have worked better with even lightning. I find the border between the lit and shaded part very disturbing. |

frame overwhelms image - doesn't leave me enough to see. Understand selective desat choice though not sure I would have made it. Grain not strong enough to have impact. |

Not a big fan of the picture frame. I like the contrast of the shed against the woods in the background. |

The border is far too prominent in this submission. Our focus should be the picture not the frame. |

It's not a bad border, but I wonder if it might impact your score some? The reason I ask this is because the 640 pixel max is so small to begin with and then the border takes up a good bit of that real estate making your photo even smaller. The smaller the photo, the less visible the detail. |

I think your border is heavy and metallic/aluminium-looking: just detracts too much from the image which in itself is lovely and gentle. Love the partial desat. |
