 This is a cheat in as much that I have had zero time in the past few days, but I don't want to get too far behind. Soooo I found this photo I took in January. It's completely unedited.

Sharpened, resized, sharpened.

You have a strong composition with an interesting subject and a pleasing background. I'd like to see this in B&W. I think it would really increase the drama - especially in the sky. There's plenty of contrast, so I think it would work.

Good starting point, and not bad just as it is. The dark blue sky is great over the red earth. Detail in the tree bark will show up good in PP.

what fantastic blue sky alicia ... and i love that tree standing out against it .. excellent shapes and textures in the tree .. the hill and those clouds look almost at an unnatural angle which gives a sort of quirkiness to this photograph ...

Look at that rich blue sky. What a gorgeous color - and the hill line is really nice. I'd consider cropping a bit off left so trunk is more in the "2/3" position, but that might mess up the rest of the photo - lots of potential here, lovely still life.

Great colors for out of the camera - whatever you do, don't increase the saturation of the blue! It's wonderful the way it is!

Great use of color. The blues are really intense and contrast the red nicely.
