 The models name is Rögnvaldur Skúli. I think this picture is much better without the noise but I have no chance in this challenge

Sorry. I just don't see that the grain adds anything to this picture. If anything it obliterates details.

the grainy part is ok. But your subject is looking in one direction while it is centered in your image, therefore this image is lacking of compositional space. Maybe placing your subject slightly to the right could correct this problem. May the light be with you!
