 The Castle "Nyköpingshus" in my home town. It's most famous for the fratricidal “Banquet of Nyköping” in 1317. The King had invited his brothers to a royal feast, only to have them thrown into a dungeon pit where they starved to death after a year.

this isn't a bad image, but it's a little too dark for me.
only in the bottom two thirds, but that's enough.

The perspective is very well done - it makes the building seem very imposing. I wish the water in the foreground were just a little brighter so that I could see a little more detail. For example, my monitor is pretty bright and I really have to work to see any detail at all in the wall.
