The "on-white" seems a little sterile for a person with this much personality happening. - maybe more energy in the pose to match the color scheme would help - but the white seems to take the energy out of it for me. I hope that's helpful. ;-)

| The composition doesn't really work. Her foot seems out of place - it almost looks like she broke her leg. Like the colours though... |
