I think it would be more effective as a portrait if it was cropped to bring the girl in much closer, removing most of the railing and much of the distracting background above her head. I would keep only a few of the flowers on the right. The girl is lovely and has a very nice expression with nice light on her face.

Not sure what the focusof the photo is meant to be. The flowers seem more important than the girl.

This would be really nice I think if you cropped off 2/3rds of the flowers on the right side so that the viewers eyes are drawn to the girl's face.

IMHO the flowers are over powering the image, I'd prefer a tighter crop.
