 The idea was to motion-pan one of the many students that talk while riding at high speeds. Sadly, I didn't get too many images I liked (the main problem with this one is the background).

I've tried motion pan with bikes before and found that it is tricky to get a sharp image with the blurred background. But you've done well with this in your image. The composition works alright - you've given her room on the front side to move into, so well done with that. The lighting does seem overexposed, but it is likely this is because of the longer exposure in the sunlight. Overall - a good candid capture that meets the challenge, but doesn't have the "wow factor" that will cause images to score highly.

I dont know where your from, but there is a huge debate in NJ right now about this, i had to laugh when I came across this pic! They are were actually going to make this illegal!?!?

I love this shot, meets the challenge fully and a very nice motion shot, with a great use of green on the bike and the models top (deliberate or one of life's happy coincidences)
