Holy Moly! I love this photo but I was only hoping for a Top 10, didn't expect it to place this high. This is my first D-SLR and I've only had it a month and a half!

Nice exposure on the snow capped mountains, but the foreground looks like the exposure was adjusted alot, which created a very flat, detailless area. I wonder if you had exposed more for the foreground, then worked on the mountain if it would have worked better. Even a nd filter for just the mountain would have equalized the light better. Anyway, images such as this are really hard to get the right balance of light. |
