OK, I caved...but thought he'd like it. Happy Birthday, Langdon!

Post: Convert from raw in PSElements 3.0 with a +0.33 Exposure Compensation. Crop. Crop for aspect ratio. Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/conrast and hue/saturation. Power Retouche Dynamic Range compressor to lighten. Another layer of levels, Brightness/contrast and Hue/saturation. Sharpen. Spot edit street lights on and around the unfinished suite jacket on the right. Resize. Sharpen.
