I was taking my image for today, when I noticed this shadow on my concrete floor in the garage. A slinky was left on one of my stands from a previous challenge and the round part is a pulley system from a cross country skiing machine. When I had seen this shadow, all I could say was... Galileo.

This looks really interesting, I wish I could see it! It looks like a channel changer pointing towards a make-up mirror against a parchment background. Am I close? ;-)

Sorry if I seem sarcastic, the truth is I suspect something is going on here that is worth seeing, but it is just too dark.

almost too subtle even for me. but I love life on the edge. I think that this shot represents a globe with a satellite going around it... or a globe and an item in motion, since Galileo started the ball rolling on laws of motion. or a pendulum. this is truly camera obscura! 10

I am not sure what the linky looking thing is...a planet revolving?

It's kind of dark on my monitor, can't really tell what it is.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning.
