This is my 10 year old her name is lauren. I used this photo because of all the american teenagers I see in my very small relm of life, none appear to dress like this. Her scarf and face covering seems to not fit the all american teenager look or style. It was done in my home with simple lighting and background. The more I edited and worked on it the more I realized that the little girl in her has all but said goodbye.

beautiful photo - the title makes it work along with blue eyes.

The skin looks over-processed. All definition of shape is lost causing the nose to look distorted. Doesn't look natural.

I don't see an anachronism at all. More of a cultural difference than a time diference, and even that is not displayed, it is shoehorned with the title. The editing seems odd, such as her skin tones and the smudges (like on her cheek).

I fail to see the anachronism I'm afraid
