The whole photo seems a bit washed out to me and both the flowers and the building are not perfectly in focus.

Interesting framing. It's just a bit difficult to divise where the focus is: on the flowers or on the building.

Nice natural framing. I'm not sure if you used a Polarizer Filter (CP), it doesn't look like it, playing with this will give you a bluer sky and would have made the Jefferson Memorial Pop out more, also give the water a less grey look. See "The Repose of a Serbian Miner, 1894" photo in this challenge, I'm pretty sure they used the CP filter.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning.
