Perfect timing to get you mid-jump. Like the composition here, I wonder what a b/w version would look like? Colors seem a little flat to me but this still is a great photo.

nice shot-much better location than Sly Stallone (ROCKY)! dude, you must be wicked fast runner, or have a long timer, b/c how did you get all the way up there on the rocks & then IN THE AIR! and all in time for a great self portrait shot! super duper!
