Very cool shot! It has a sort of "super real" feel to it; almost looks drawn, in a very realistic way. I would agree about cropping in closer or filling the frame with more toys. Nice one! |

Excellent lighting, no harsh shadows at all. Very fun shot that was well executed. How did you keep him still to get this shot? |

actually, i like that you left a little white around the edge and didn't "fill the frame", but that's just me. might have worked better with his hands behind his head, rather than over it, but that's just a guess.
oh yeah... and i plan to steal this idea for shots of my son... thanks!

Perfectly done, commercial quality in my opinion. Love the bright colours and that impish smile. I agree with bdenny that a close crop to fill the frame with toys would have been very interesting, but still really great. |

Awww, that's really cute. He looks like he is having so much fun with this. I love all the "little boy" toys around him. It's something that will be precious when he is all grown up and not interested in the least in "little boy" toys :)

That's a really cute shot. The toys, of course, but his scraped knee is what reminded me most of childhood. If you cropped it in so the toys filled the frame (you may have to clone a toy or two in the corners), it would give it an exaggerated feel. Nonetheless, VERY well done. |

Great shot. This was me as a kid with my toys scattered all over my room. Can't really think of anything to criticize. |

Really cute shot, I don't know why but it made me think of another shot that might be neat if you outlined him with toys & then pulled him up (sort of like a chalk outline, but without the gruesome part...) could be called "when toys attack" or something like that maybe? Just an idea. |
