He is my brother in law and let me take his picture. Not very happy with the colors I got here. I used the 50mm f/1.8

I dont mind the colors you have here at all. The image has a great feel to it. Good pose.

I actually like the colors you ended up with, there's a nice contrast between his shirt & the background, and the bottles on the steps have a nice contrast too, IMO. He looks like he's in deep thought, nice shot!

He has an interesting, brooding look that makes me wonder what his story is. The writing on the shirt tends to distract a bit. When I cover it up, my eye tends to stay focused on his face rather than being drawn down.

I like the colors too! And I love his "attitude". He looks like he has kind of a "bad boy" cool attitude, and it works well with the setting he is in and the colors. I think this is great :)

First thing I noticed was the great mix of purple, blue and red...but his right shoulder looks un naturally thin..maybe its the angle..
