 not sure how this will score.
i like the contradicting messages the picture and the "flat" in the sign give. a bit ambiguous but i like to see it as "flat fix to make you look like this" which opposes the idea of fitness.

actually the picture and the sign are totally unrelated, it was just coincidence that they happened to be juxtaposed. the picture is an ad for fitness which was just next to a car repair shop to which this 'flat fix' sign was belonging to.

The thing I like about this is that the picture is of the guy's "spare tire", which complements the "Flat Fix" sign, which I'm assuming is an advertisement for fixing flat tires.

I kind of thought this one was yours, but wasn't positive. I can't believe this didn't score better it was such a creative and original take on the challenge.
