Greetings from the Critique Club!
Personally, I thought this shot should have done much better. I love the vibrant colors here, and I love the motion blur even more. One thing I find sort of interesting is the little girl in the upper right of the composition - challenge topic aside, she is really the mystery of this shot for me.
I guess people wanted to see the flowers and such in focus, which could have been nice. However, you have done an excellent job of processing and composing your shot.

The colours are beautiful and sharp. And the backround is great. |

Although I find the women in the middle a little distracting, I love the bright vibrant colors of this photo. |

Interesting shot, doesn't really make me think of money per say but interesting all the same. Not quite sure what they are selling, is it flowers? And the motion blur of the traffic or train behind is perfect but the customer in the middle is more distracting. The border seems a bit heavy to me, too much for this shot. A 4 to start a 5 to finish |

Great colors and use of movement but there should still be something sharp in the pictures, like the products on the table. |

nice use of blur. But weak at best. |

Technical: Fits the challenge, though I think the title could be stronger! Exposure composition focus lighting all excellent- the colors really pop. Great shot to look at. The border is overbearing for the size of the image, however.
Personal: Excellent!

Good choice of subject. The border also works with it. Mabe if you captured an actuall transaction the theme "money" would have been stronger. Great colours, great lighting, mabe a shorter exposure woudl have sharped the details of the near table a bit more. (nice Feel as is though) |

If only you had a tripod. I really like the idea. TIme is money and the time component is captured in the blurred figures. |

Wonderfully rich, bright and saturated colors!!! What I"m getting from this picture is indecison on what to buy from the numerous choices presented by the street vendors. I love the way you've managed to capture the woman in the middle of the frame in motion and appearing to turn to and fro undecided about what to buy countered by the three other women who are still and appearing relatively in focus...This is a wonderful effect! Adding to the effect is the verdant green bus in motion in the background which gives the whole scene the feeling of the hustle and bustle of city life. The only question I have about this image is the use of a very thick border that has a grey outer edge. Not too crazy about it, but I do feel that the heavy black border does make the bright colors stand out even more. I really love this picture and hope it does well. Good luck. |

Good question. And good candid colored photo. If the camera had focused on the foreground rather than the background it should be sharper. |
