The gold cross, riches and faith. That's the idea, right? This looks like the cross on the same red church from the other pictures. IMVHO this should have scored higher. Personally I like the slightly furry branches to the front. Again IMVHO, the border hurts the picture - no border or a very simple border would bring out the idea better.

So you probably wonder why I'm commenting on your pictures, eh? No reason. They just happened to catch my eye :)))

Edit: Also, I'm a bit disgusted that this picture is so far down in this challenge, it shouldn't be so.

Trtee branches are soft and there is no detail in the shadows. PErhaps you were going for a silhouette

Yes, sadly they do. The concept is good the shot is wanting. The trees are very distracting and really take away from your shot for me. The border is a bit to much gold, you don't have enough in the shot to carry it off. Perhaps if you had flipped the black and gold borders? And a more direct shot of the steeple of the church without all the branches if possible and a bit more clairty and contrast. A 3
