From the title I am assuming this dollar sign is made from salt. Green? Actually looks like it is yarn. Appears to have fuzz on the outside edges. Are the specks from your lens?

I like the idea very much, it's unique. :-) Lighting is excellent here, too. The whole image has the colour of money, congrats and good luck. :-)

Preety good composition. Strong diagonal lead in. Was this shot under a flourescent light? Did you want this colour or wasn't the white balance set.

This is a good try at a clever studio shot. I'll give you 9 for meeting the challenge, 6 for technical merit, and 6 on the "pleasing to the eye" scale.

Good idea, but green dont help this shoot. More contrast to see white in salt could help.
