 These soldiers are part of the Vietnam Memorial, but most people only see the wall. The photo was taken at night and it was hard to tone down the harsh glow of the light on the bronze, but here it is - in memory to those who survived but are still in bondage.

Noise communicator; cropped; cloned out a spotlight; multiplied the layers to tone down the brightness of bronze, adjusted layers, contrast, resized, USM, saved for web.

WTF? Why do people have to be so nasty? I'm hoping Simms simply didn't see the connection to "Chains." You explained it well-enough afterwards, though.

What's the connection to chains? The bullet belts? As a hint for future challenges, you'll do better if you make the connection clearer.

This gets points for being interesting, but loses points for
over saturation and DNMC. I mean where are the chains?

ohhh i loved that memorial when i went to DC. although all my pictures turned out really bad because i couldn't quite figure out the night mode on my camera lol
