That's a great idea - especially if you prop up the person with a support at the same angle as the tree, then retouch it out afterwards!
[edit - second thoughts, it might look better with the person standing normally - very odd! Go on - do it!]

Very lovely photo.
It is true it has both the problems mentioned in the other comment, but it is such a good pic that it would be worthwhile to remove both problems with Photoshop (besides they are easy issues for photoshop).

| Nice shot and creative angle, but the intrusive branches on the left spoil the simplicity. There's a slight red hue on the horizon too. |
