 Taken near my place in Japan at night. Lots of neon signs and lights up and down the dirty river.

I was trying to find a brige that I could stand on with few people walking but it was busy and I was running out of time. This is my first entry.

Thanks for the comments.

I think the brige at the end of the picture is actually on an angle like that, they are re-building it. I have to get used to resizing it because I think that made it look 'sharper' than what it looks like full size on my PC.

Still, for a 1st entry placing 27th is nice. Thanks all!!

PS...while the river looks nice at night, it's actually a toxic dump. People jump in the river after their team wins a baseball game, then go to the hospital to get shots to prevent all kinds of nasty things from happening.

Maybe it's just me , but I would like to see about 2 or 3 degree's rotation to the right .

you can definetly take a nice picture there, but i think you have over-sharpened this one way to much 4

Your skyline is tilted a bit, rolls to the left. Awesome feel though, feels almost tranquil on the left and anxious-fast paced life on the right.

I think this is a very interesting shot - I like the composition, especially the way you captured the reflections in the water. On my screen though, it looks over-sharpened, which for me detracts a bit from the overall effectiveness of the shot.
