The metallic finish on this beetle is really eye-catching. Love the muted colr of the background, too.

Great image, shame you lost a bit of focus on the wings and the legs, but if this was - as it appears - just about to take flight then this is another great capture

Good composition/placement in the frame. Wish you had a bit more DOF and that it was a bit brighter.

Very nice details in this close-up of this ladybug - love how you can see some fine detail on this insect such as the tiny 'face'. Congrats on catching it crawling on the greenery - these little creatures can move surprisingly fast when one is still trying to focus:-) Lighting is wonderful for the subject and it's environment are illuminated very well.

Excellent DOF. Terrific zoom/macro. One of the better ones. If I could change a thing, I'd play with the background color, but with no editing..... GOOD JOB. 8
