This is my boyfriend at McDonalds...we just got done eating and the light was hitting his eye nicely. Yeah, the hat shadow is pretty annoying, and the other side is dark, but I like it. I had him take his hat off later, but even though there was no hat line, I liked this one the best.

Heyyyy, he's a cutie!! I don't mind the hat shadow at all and his eyes really pop out of the picture. Lovely.

Your boyfriend is pretty haha I think his eye could use somemore blue because its so yellow its kind of creepy but I love that you kept the texture to his face

I would suggest a tighter crop to get rid of the cap's shadow. Really good Portrait, I like the light very much and the shallow DOF.

I really like how the light is working in this one...brightly lit on one side, but without blowing any of the highlights, and then shadowy on the other to lend the portrait a bit of sex appeal. :) At first I thought that it would be better without the shadow from the cap, but I think that I like it there because it serves to frame his face and draw more attention to the eyes. The glow from the lights in the background really adds to the overall image and provides visual balance. Nice one!

Great job, I like the shadow across his face, gives it a little mysterious feel to it. Nice job on the eye too, nice & bright but not over done. Really turned out nice, tones & textures are great! Nice job!!

WOW - this is excellent. Love the DOF. The lighting is great to showcase his killer green eyes. At first, from the crop, it made me think of a 1940's soldier. Don't ask me why. Love this.

Wow! This is awesome Shmee! I love how you enhanced the texture and detail in his face! And what crystal clear eyes!

You did a great job -- and it doesn't hurt that he's so handsome :)

This is a very good portrait, I especially like the composition and the way his eye just pops with color. But I'm also wondering if you brought your camera in to McDonald's with you or if you went to your car and got it? And did he not say "don't take a picture in here!" like my boyfriend would've?

I love the way the eye jumps thro all the green yellow hilights..from his eye to his jacket to the street lamp in the back and all back to his eye...Good job, and cute bf ;)
