Cute idea. I think it is a little bit too dark. Composition is good. It would be neat to see it as a diagonal composition to see what the impact would be. Focus seems good.

Great colors, great idea, but you'll probably get docked for not having actual insects in your photo. I like it.

i don't know if this really meets the challenge... but mine is questionable too. i really like the idea and for some reason it does somthing for me... i give you a 7... i like it.

Very funny pic. Made me roll on the floor. Great lighting and focus. Would have been perfect to me if you were aiming to kill a live bug. Very good idea.
