| Can't get much simpler than this. Good job overall, but if you forgive the pun, the base of the nail is not "tack sharp", and I think it should be here. (Also, the line in the background competes.) |

| This is a great shot, you captured the detail perfectly, the only thing that I could possibly critque on this shot would possibly be the line across the back where your background meets other than that I see a wonderful shot 9 |

Technical: Most all images submitted fit the challenge, but for me this one fits especially well. Exposure composition focus lighting all great. The hint of a horizon adds to the composition nicely.
Personal: I love the lean, I love the absence of colors, an all around great shot.
My vote: 8
