 Shot RAW, converted and worked on in PSCS3.

Cropped and I think straightened a bit.

Worked on curves, highlight/shadows, and colours as usual.
Cloned out imperfections on the shirt, knife blade, and bricks.

Resized, created a blank 50% grey layer blended in soft-light, and dodged/burned on that layer quite a bit. Ran the layer through a very mild gaussian blur. Flattened image.

Sharpened as a whole, then sharpened eyes, face edges, and utensils, last minute touchups (esp. around nose), saved for web.

Well done. Very funny! IMO, the light is a little bright on the french knife, but lighting metal is hard. The shot works well, regardless of the lighting on the knife.
