He seems a bit out of focus for my taste. I like the diagonal line of the waterline. |

Nice idea and strong compositional choices.The image seems a bit unclear to me. Perhaps adding some contrast or bringing up your neutrals and darks would help. I like how we are not able to see the boy's face. It gives it an 'everyman' feel. |

This shot is crooked and a little busy. Boy and foreground ducks would make a cleaner presentation. Crooked part is easy to fix in photoshop if you have a good vertical or horizontal reference in the shot (the reeds maybe).

Good shot- good cropping. It is refeshing to see a person in a shot rather than a water droplet in a studio. |

Good rule of thirds and subject. A polarizer to cut back some of the blown areas on the water would have worked well. The focus is a bit soft, need sharper focus on the subject to make it stand out more. |

Not a bad shot, just wish it had more detail. If you would use a tripod or hold the camera perfectly still you will get more detail. good luck and keep shooting. |
