As a climber myself I have seen and taken quite alot of climbing shots. What works well as climbing shots are from the sides and above. Taken from below focuses to much on the not so intresting parts of the body.

It's a classic climbing butt shot but beautifully done. If the face weren't visible this would be not so great but with the face its quite good.
