sorry a line from an old Dead Milkmen.i really dig the shot. the colors are great and owl is pretty sharp. at first the OOF parts stand out but after a minute i don't notice them. great capture. |

| cute! I'd agree the blur is distracting. maybe at least keep that sharp line of focus across the grass and crop some of the right hand side off to follow the rule of thirds with the owl? great color and what timing that shot must have taken. Birds hear me coming from like half a mile away. I can't get near one to save my life. :P |

what a lovely little fella!
Something about the grass bugs me; the blur is (I assume) added in post? Almost seems muddy. I was almost going to suggest that you crop closer to reduce the amont of grass, but that's wrong; your composition is perfect.
