Good idea, but pretty bland. Colors are bland, not alot of detail, and the waterfall part is hard to see. shot with a flash? If the water was really coming off of their, a very long exposure may have yielded a little more interest |

I like the way you present the 'waterfall' them as seen from someone in the city. Must have been coming down pretty hard. |

I like the concept a lot, but I think you need to adjust the perspective and bump up the wow factor a little. The basics, focus and exposure are good, but maybe get down close and look down the edge of a step or something else that gives us a new perspective. |

The diagonal shapes that the steps make is very interesting to the composition. Unfortunately the lighting is a bit bright and makes it tough to really see the water. |
