A difficult balance (the narrow depth of field vs. the retundity of the subject and the pedantic demands for sharpening such an image).
I love the (unusual, deductive) choice of b and w and the formal but precise title. What crisp and minimal harmony. It suggests a marked style of shooting, to me. |

| nice composition....the suject is bit to dark gray in tonality...don't know what it is or the process of the BW or if it was shot or not in BW....just too much dark gray and gray and black and no white. |

| Great texture. Foreground leaf in centre frame seems slightly out of DoF. That's a little distracting... |

Technical: Most all images submitted fit the challenge. This fits nicely. Exposure composition focus lighting all very good. Not sure if it's an optical illusion or not, but the bottom two sets of leaves almost look doubled or blurred.
Personal: Very nice to look at, good contrast. I like it!

| Lots of contrast. Subject stands out from background. Good framing. Is it a bit blurry or is that the way the leaves look? Good shot. |

very nice eucalyptus and it is hard to capture ...slightly over sharpened perhaps
