He was dancing on the street when I took this picture. This is maybe the most extreme PP that I have done. Please let me know what you think and I welcome your advice ;)

This is a really neat shot, from the thumbnail I thought the outfit & headwear was added in. Think you did a great job!

very powerfull shot. the background does nothing for the shot but the character alone brings a lot to the image. post processing is very, very edgy. i like it.

you said "Love it or hate it, but TELL ME!!!! ;)"... i do wish the gold & green colors were more saturated, but:

i love it! you recently posted a shot where you'd gone up to a stranger for pics, and its easy to see that you LIKED doing it LOL - this has SO much character and life to it, there's a connection with your subject that just works!

The obvious difference between his (heritage? culture?), and the surrounding environment adds a sense of time that's hard to ignore... Bravo sir!!!

Okay Ivan, here's what I like and don't like. I like the effects you worked on for the tones for the entire picture. You have a good focus on the man. The background really distracts from the subject of the image. Your wonderful 50mm lens could have corrected this had you changed your aperture setting say to a f/2.8 when taking the shot. However you now have to deal with this building and doing something more, where more focus of yours eyes goes to the man. If you crop a little tighter you will loose some of the building to the left and all of it to the right. Then you could add a little vignetting around the edges to draw the focus inward to the man. Another thing that is distracting is the square in the sky sitting just on top of the building. The only reason I write anything negative about this photo is because you asked for advice so I'm just sharing thoughts. :)

I like it though I'd get rid of the background if I could.

Very interesting character in his face.

I really like your processing on this! The tones are great and the details are quite crisp. Although the background is a bit busy, he does stand out well against it. That feathered head piece is really something!
